About Pride Info Center
Pride Info Center represents an open, inclusive, and safe space in one of the main streets of Belgrade.
The center's staff is always there to provide advice and guide visitors to different partner organisations, where they can later receive appropriate legal or psychological support,
counseling, immigration inquiries and other issues concerning their rights and wellbeing.
It is also a place where the public can learn about the activities of Pride and the LGBTI+ movement, as well as the problems, challenges, and history of the LGBTI+ community in Serbia. Given its location, it greatly increases the visibility of the community and also serves as a space where everyone can come, enjoy coffee or tea, socialize, finish some work, or simply take a nice break from daily activities.
In addition to the above mentioned activities, Pride Info Center hosts a large number of different events throughout the month, such as lectures, discussions with the community, panel discussions, film screenings, social games, and quizzes.
Every two weeks, free rapid HIV testing and counceling is organized, which, along with some accompanying activities, reduces the stigma and aversion of young people towards testing.
The Pride Info Center team, in addition to the coordinators, consists of dozens of young volunteers who contribute to the maintenance of activities and the improvement of the center through their efforts and dedication.
