Volunteer at Belgrade Pride 2026!
The Youth Initiative for Human Rights (YIHR), in cooperation with Belgrade Pride and partner organisations, invites you to join the Belgrade Pride 2026 volunteer team, taking place from 31 August to 6 September 2026 in Belgrade.
Why volunteer at Belgrade Pride?
Volunteering at the most important protest for LGBTIQ+ rights in Serbia is an opportunity to contribute to:
- promoting human rights and freedoms,
- strengthening solidarity and community,
- combating discrimination and violence,
- building a safer, fairer and more inclusive society.
Volunteers are a vital part of Pride. Through their engagement, they help organise events, provide support to visitors, take part in preparing activities, and help build the sense of community that makes Belgrade Pride unique.
Get to know Pride
Before Pride Week itself, volunteers will have the opportunity to take part in a special programme featuring workshops, discussions with human rights experts, and practical sessions that will help you prepare for volunteering and understand the broader context of the fight for LGBTIQ+ rights.
Who can apply?
The call is open to anyone who:
- wants to contribute to the fight for human rights
- believes in equality, freedom, solidarity, inclusivity and non-violence
- wants to learn, meet new people and be part of positive social change.
No previous volunteering experience is required – we are here to learn and grow together! 🙌 📩
Apply via this form. 📅
Application deadline: 20 August 2026
